SHIPPING POLICY
We do not ship outside of the United States. We typically ship in 3-5 business days for in stock items via FedEx ground.
RETURN POLICY
Defective Products: Any products found by the buyer to be defective, whether discovered at the time of receipt or at a later time, shall be subject to return for a full credit.
Damages or Shortages: Products damaged during shipping must remain in the original carton, in the event inspection is required. The buyer must notify Prestige Ameritech of any damages in transit or product shortages within two (2) business days of receipt, or Prestige Ameritech shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement. Returns that are the result of a Prestige Ameritech error may be returned at Prestige Ameritech's expense and for a full credit.
Non-Defective Products: Any products in salable condition and suitable for use will not be considered for return.
